Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if the winner is "Rigathi Gachagua (DCP)". Resolves NO otherwise. Resolves to the candidate officially declared winner of Kenya's 2027 presidential election, including any run-off. Resolves to 'Another candidate' if the declared winner is none of William Ruto, Fred Matiang'i, Kalonzo Musyoka, or Rigathi Gachagua. VOID if the election is postponed beyond 2027-09-15, cancelled, or annulled without a declared winner.
