Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if, on or before 31 December 2026, an African-headquartered technology company that was not previously valued at or above one billion US dollars announces a completed equity financing, acquisition, or public listing that values it at one billion US dollars or more. Resolves NO otherwise. Voids if no such transaction's valuation can be publicly confirmed by resolution.
