Resolves YES if a competent Senegalese court or prosecutorial authority formally files charges or an indictment against former president Macky Sall in connection with the audit of public finances and undisclosed public debt accumulated during his 2012-2024 tenure, on or before 31 December 2026. Resolves NO if no such formal charge is filed by then. VOID if Macky Sall dies before any charge is filed.
