Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if a bill or constitutional-amendment measure providing for the direct popular election of metropolitan, municipal and district chief executives is formally laid before the national parliament on or before 31 December 2026; NO if no such measure is tabled by then. VOID if the parliament is dissolved before year-end.
