Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if William Ruto of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) is officially declared winner of Kenya's 2027 presidential election, including any run-off, and returned to office. Resolves NO if any other candidate is declared winner. VOID if the election is postponed beyond 2027-09-15, cancelled, or annulled, or if Ruto dies or withdraws before polling.
