Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if, on 31 December 2026, the Democratic Alliance (DA) remains a formal member of South Africa's Government of National Unity with ministers in cabinet. Resolves NO if the DA has formally withdrawn or been expelled from the coalition before then. VOID if the national government is dissolved and fresh national elections are called before year-end.
