Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if, on or before 23:59 WAT on 6 September 2026, the All Progressives Congress or its Osun governorship candidate formally files a petition at the Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal challenging Ademola Adeleke's re-election, as reported by reputable news. A verbal threat or public statement of intent alone does not count — an actual filing is required. Resolves NO if no such petition is filed by the deadline.
