Resolves YES if INEC's returning officer declares Ademola Adeleke (Accord) the winner of the 2026 Osun governorship election by Sep 30, 2026.
Resolution criteria
Resolves on the OFFICIAL declaration of a winner by the INEC returning officer for the Osun governorship election (scheduled 2026-08-15). The INITIAL INEC declaration controls; subsequent tribunal/court litigation, appeals, or annulments do NOT affect resolution. If postponed, resolution follows the INEC declaration for the rescheduled poll, up to 2026-09-30 23:59 WAT. If declared inconclusive, resolution follows INEC's final declaration after any supplementary poll (same deadline). No declaration by the deadline resolves NO.
