Resolution criteria
Resolves YES if outgoing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is shown shaking hands with the incoming, newly sworn-in President of Nigeria during the 2027 presidential handover/inauguration (on or around 29 May 2027). Resolves NO if no such handshake occurs — for example if Tinubu does not attend, or does not shake the new president's hand. VOID (all stakes refunded) if Bola Tinubu is re-elected for a second term, as there is no successor to receive the handover. Resolution via the official inauguration broadcast and Nigerian presidency records.
