Resolution criteria
Resolves to the AI company with the largest percentage increase in publicly-reported post-money valuation between June 1, 2026 00:00 UTC and June 30, 2026 23:59 UTC. Valuation events that qualify: (a) a closed primary funding round, (b) a secondary-market tender offer of $50M+ in share volume, or (c) a leaked valuation confirmed by named sources at two or more accepted outlets. Baseline = the most recent qualifying valuation as of June 1, 2026. - A company with no qualifying event in the period carries its baseline forward (0% gain). - If no company has any qualifying event during the period, resolves INVALID and stakes are refunded. - Ties broken by absolute dollar gain. If still tied, resolves INVALID. Accepted outlets: TechCrunch, Bloomberg, The Information, Forbes, Reuters, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Axios, Pitchbook. Anonymous-source-only reports require confirmation from a second accepted outlet.
