Resolution criteria
YES if Kamala Harris receives strictly more popular votes than any other individual candidate in the 2028 U.S. presidential election (held 2028-11-07) and this result is officially confirmed by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) or a consensus of major news outlets (AP, Reuters, NBC News) by 2028-11-10 at 11:59 PM UTC. NO if (a) Harris receives fewer votes than at least one other candidate, or (b) Harris does not appear as a candidate on the 2028 ballot, or (c) no credible source confirms the official vote total differential within 72 hours after 2028-11-07 at 11:59 PM UTC, or (d) the election proceeds as scheduled but official results are not published within 30 days of election day. INVALID if (a) the 2028 presidential election is postponed indefinitely or cancelled by an act of Congress or the courts, (b) the election is held but no official popular-vote totals are ever certified by the FEC or state election officials within 30 days, (c) the results are challenged in court and no final determination is reached by 2028-12-07 at 11:59 PM UTC, or (d) major news outlets and the FEC publish conflicting vote totals that differ by more than 0.1% of total votes cast, and a tiebreaker source (see fallbackChain) cannot resolve the discrepancy.
